Google Maps (free online maps that you can use to map out field trips, show the neigborhood, etc.)

Google Earth (3D imagery, buildings, terrain all over the world)

The Newspaper Clipping Image Generator (This tool lets you name your paper, enter your text and creates an image of a traditional looking newspaper with your content)
