Welcome to the 8th Grade Science for Innovation Resource Guide. Here students will find resources to complete their Science for Innovation project. Below are the requirements for your project. Please review them while doing your research.

Every member of the group must:

  • Research at least 3 different sources of information.

    • All research should be written on the “FEEL: Part 1” document on google drive.

    • Each member must label the sections done by them with their name.

  • Write a paragraph for every source summarizing the important information found on each one.

    • If your group has 3 members then in total your group should have a minimum of 9 paragraphs.

    • Research information must be written in your own words.

      • Do not copy and paste information from websites.

      • When appropriate you may select a quote to include.  If doing so, make sure you mark the sentence or phrase with quotation marks, and state who said the quote.

  • Make a list of questions you have after reading each source.

  • Include all the sources of information used in the research.

    • As you find information helpful in a website, book, or other resource write down all the important details of the source.

    • Any images selected must also include the source it was obtained from.
